The power of our brain

I so enjoyed this YouTube with Dr Tara Swart - she is a Neuroscientist and talks about how your brain influences your health, relationships and well-being. A lot of this many of us will know but there was also lots of new stuff for me.....indeed a great reminder about the power of our thinking. 

The talk includes how stress leaks through your skin and impacts others - indeed it is contagious! It also can give you belly fat...check it out at:
