The power of our brain

I so enjoyed this YouTube with Dr Tara Swart - she is a Neuroscientist and talks about how your brain influences your health, relationships and well-being. A lot of this many of us will know but there was also lots of new stuff for me.....indeed a great reminder about the power of our thinking.
